Secrets are secrets and a journal is the best place to write down your secret thoughts and feelings about the day. Make sure no one will find it!
Steps

Step 1. Argue with yourself
80% of the time, people who want to keep a secret diary only write twice a month. If you do not make a commitment to yourself, you will have to wait another year, you will be older and more sensitive.

Step 2. Buy two notebooks, one boring, kind for school and one very funny with the word DAILY on the front

Step 3. Swap between the two notebooks
The boring one will be your secret diary, and the other one will be as decoration.

Step 4. In your current diary, put a piece of paper with your name, email and telephone number so that people will tell you if you get lost
Some people offer money for their journal. This will cause the person to return it.

Step 5. Write something silly and stupid in the notebook that says DAILY
Say something like: “Today I got up, lived my day and went to bed. Write it down many times so people get bored of reading.

Step 6. Buy a lock with a key for your real diary, this will help other people not to read it

Step 7. Don't forget to write daily
Sure, it's your secret diary, your secrets must be interesting. Even if you cannot put an interesting part of your day, there will always be something fun in the most boring of your days. Maybe you want to complain about your strict teacher? Or maybe you want to talk about your crush? It's in your hands, but you really need to commit.

Step 8. Don't worry if you missed a day, a week, or even a month
It's natural, blank sheets mean something too! They mean that you feel lazy in the day or that there was really nothing interesting about the day (which is impossible, but possible!) And nothing to write about it. If you see that you have seriously forgotten to write, and you lost three months, do not try to write and catch up. If you do, you are not writing the truth, the feelings of that day and your journal will not be a true or honest journal.

Step 9. Frequently make comments like:
"Newspapers are boring." This shows that you do not have a journal, so that people do not search for it. If the teacher asks in class: “Who has a diary?”, Don't raise your hand! Students will observe who has one to look for it.

Step 10. Have fun
If you don't have fun with your journal, stick with it until the year is over - don't make one for next year! As simple as that!

Step 11. Done
Advice
- A safe alternative to keeping your physical journal is to keep a private journal online. There are many sites where you can write online journals (such as Livejournal or Xanga), others allow you to lock your journal with a password so that others cannot see it. There are some applications for smartphones that can be used as diaries (Meemo or Planner S are free calendars or notes that allow you to lock them with a password).
- If an online journal is not an option, you can have a document in Microsoft Word, Apple’s Pages or some program where you can write without the need for the internet. Some programs allow you to put a password on it.
Warnings
- Keep in mind the fact that there is always someone who can see your real diary.
- Remember that if you have an online diary, make sure your password is private.
- Never ask a friend to help you write a part in your journal. Keep the journal just for yourself.
