Would you like to enjoy what nature offers us? Earth is a beautiful place. Enjoying nature is much more than seeing the trees and the grass.
Steps

Step 1. Get out of the city and go to a quiet place surrounded only by nature
It can be the forest or a mountain.
Feel comfortable with what surrounds you. Listen to the sounds around you. Try to focus your attention on details, such as observing insects, tree leaves, and so on. The intention is that you feel that you are in a beautiful place. Step 4. Do a quiet activity, like fishing or meditate in the forest. You will be surprised how relaxing it is to just sit back and enjoy the sounds of the birds.
Walking is great exercise and will help you appreciate nature. Don't let distances scare you.
Don't forget to look at the stars. In the forest the stars are brighter than in the city.
Step 2. Sit on a rock, on a pile of dry leaves, or just on the ground
Step 3. Close your eyes and place in your mind an image of the nature that surrounds you
Step 5. Take a walk
Step 6. Stay overnight in the woods in a tent
