Steps
Method 1 of 6: Get Free Books from the Kindle Store
Step 1. Log into your Amazon account
Go to the Amazon website and click the "Sign In" button on the upper right side of the page to sign in. Enter your email address and password and then click the orange button to continue.
Step 2. Go to the Kindle store
Hover your mouse cursor over the "Shop by department" option found in the toolbar at the top right. This will open a drop-down menu, where you should hover over the "Kindle e-readers and books" option. This will open a list of menus on the right side.

Scroll down the page to the "More to Explore" menu heading on the left sidebar. Click the "Free and Cheap Kindle Reading" link to browse through the "Top-Rated Free Books" for Kindle.
Step 4. Choose a category
On the next page, you will see the books in categories: "Free Classics", "Top Rated Free Romances", "Top Rated Free Mysteries" and much more. Scroll down the page and click the blue "See More" link in the category to choose one.

Step 5. Choose a book

Step 1. Log into your Amazon account

Scroll down the page until you find the RSS feed symbol at the bottom. This should be below the list of Kindle books in a certain subcategory.
Step 5. Click on the subscribe link next to the RSS feed symbol
This will cause a pop-up window to appear at the top of the page.
Step 6. Subscribe to the RSS feed
Click on the "Subscription method" option. This will open a drop down menu where the default method will be "Dynamic Bookmarks". You must choose one of the subscription methods.
- You can also check the box below to make that the default method.
- Then, click the "Subscribe Now" button at the bottom of the feed box and you will start subscribing to the RSS feed for the book category you have chosen.
Step 7. Click the subscribe button in the pop-up window to confirm
