If you plan ahead, you can download the playlist and convert it into a file that you can listen to without having to be connected to the Internet. It is very simple, whether you have a Mac or a Windows computer.
Steps
Method 1 of 3: Download a SoundCloud Playlist on a Windows Computer
Step 1. Download and install the "4K YouTube to MP3" program
Although this popular program has the name of YouTube in its name, it can also convert SoundCloud playlists into audio files that you can play on any player that supports MP3 files. Click "Get 4K YouTube to MP3" to install the program.
Step 2. Visit your SoundCloud profile
Click on your username to open the menu and select "Profile."
Step 3. Select a playlist to download
Follow the "Playlists" link in the menu below your profile picture to see your options. Click the name of the playlist to open it in your browser.
Step 4. Copy the URL of the playlist
The address of the playlist appears in the address bar of the browser. Select the full address and press the Ctrl + C keys to copy it to the clipboard.
Step 5. Paste the address into the "4K YouTube to MP3" program
The program makes this task very simple as it has a button that says "Paste URL". Clicking this button will download the audio files in the playlist and convert them to MP3 files.

Visit https://www.4kdownload.com/download and scroll down to the option that says "Download 4K YouTube to MP3". Click on the latest version of Mac OS to download and run the program.
Step 2. Visit the SoundCloud profile
Click on your username to expand the menu and select "Profile."

Step 1. Find a playlist that you want to download
Because there is no universal way to download playlists, SoundCloud allows artists to link their albums or playlists to download on other sites. You can see if the playlist can be purchased through another service if an artist added a "Buy" button to their playlist.
SoundCloud artists also have the option to change the text on the "Buy" button to something else. Some playlists may say "Pre-order", "Purchase" or something similar
Step 2. Download the playlist from the link provided by the artist
Artists generally use services like iTunes, BandCamp, or Spotify to sell songs and albums. It is very likely that the SoundCloud link is to one of those services and you will probably need to enter your credit card information in order to download the playlist.
