Steps
Method 1 of 4: Part 1: Sign in to Netflix
Step 1. Go to www. Netflix.com
Step 2. Login to your account using your email and password
You can also use the "Connect with Facebook" account option, if you have previously linked your Netflix account with your Facebook account
Method 2 of 4: Part 2: Netflix Account
Step 1. Look for the "Your Account" button in the upper right corner
It should be next to your name. Click on it.
Step 2. Look at your account details
Most users will see the details at the top, with 2 boxes for the "Stream" and "DVD" plans below.
Method 3 of 4: Part 3: Cancellation Options on Netflix
Step 1. Decide if you'd rather limit your plan or cancel it entirely
Step 2. Choose to change your DVD plan to a cheaper option
Click the "Change plan" link to reduce the number of discs or change the types of discs you receive each month.
Step 3. Cancel the DVD plan by going to the account page and clicking "Cancel DVD plan"
Confirm that you want to cancel Netflix DVDs.
Step 4. Go back to the page account
Click "Change plan" to modify your broadcast or "Cancel broadcast plan" to completely cancel your Netflix account.
Method 4 of 4: Part 4: Tracking Netflix
Step 1. Return the remaining DVDs to Netflix before the date indicated on the cancellation page
They usually give you 7 days to return the films after cancellation. They will charge you an additional fee for the DVD if it doesn't arrive on time.
Step 2. Look for a cancellation email in the email inbox associated with your Netflix account
Please note that you will not receive a refund if there are additional days left in the billing cycle.
Step 3. Log into Netflix.com within 1 year of your account closure to restart streaming Netflix and DVDs
You can enter your email and password. Netflix saves your Instant Queue information and DVD Queue Information for 1 year.
