How to create an adult movie (with pictures)

Now is the time to do what you always wanted! Finally! Maybe you had a flash of inspiration or just want a piece of a multi-billion dollar industry. Part 1 of 3: Plan Your Movie

Step 1. Plan the concept

Step 2. Consider the logistics

Now that you have the concept, what do you need to bring it to life? What obstacles can you predict will appear? Things to keep in mind in your initial planning include:

• Market. Determine whether you are going to release your movie in theaters, on DVD, or sell it to an online pornography distributor.

  

• Length of the movie. Depending on the concept and the market, your movie can be 5-10 minutes long or it can be a full-length movie.

Step 5. Draw a storyboard

You don't have to be an artist; with linear figures will suffice. The purpose is to show the camera angles that will be used in each scene and to get an idea of what the frames will take up (and by how much). Experiment with composition now, as it is not always better to bring the camera closer. You're still creating a piece of film to enjoy, even if it's not a Sundance-fit movie.

Step 6. Hire the protagonists

Hire people who are 18 years or older. Interview them ahead of time and make sure you fully cover all of your legal requirements. In some countries, you can end up under arrest if you say the wrong things to a person during an interview. Make sure to be as honest as possible with candidates, as people (especially when caught off guard) can be very difficult to handle. Candidates need to know exactly what to expect, from the daily schedule, through the variety of sexual acts they have to do, and down to the manner in which they will perform those sexual acts. You also need to know what candidates are willing to do and what they prefer to avoid. There is no room for shyness here!

• You will want to look for face or body doubles. After 4 hours of filming, the protagonists can, how to say, "lose interest". It is also possible that the leads are great, but they just don't have a good body. Using the camera cleverly and with a bit of post-production editing, you can have two different people interpret the same scene. Even though it's a bit more expensive, the result can be higher quality work.

  

Step 7. Comply with legal requirements

Search the internet for a lawyer who specializes in pornography. He can point out the legal requirements for shooting your movie and guide you through the process. It will also give you the legal releases, contracts and documents you need for the staff and the protagonists. Just because it is a pornographic film does not mean that there are no rules or regulations that you must adhere to.

Step 8. Find your film crew

General team members should be easy to find. Just promise them a good salary and remain anonymous. If you are on a budget, it is unlikely that you will get the full support of a team like traditional films have (in other words, in your film the entire team will be composed of you and the cameraman). However, money permitting, you will still want to hire some technicians to fine-tune the details of the film.

• The director will be responsible for making your vision for the film come true. You can be the manager or hire someone who is familiar with the process.
• The cameraman has the power to create or destroy the film, even more than the protagonists (given that they are reasonably attractive and athletic). He will know how to make the most of every angle and can work together with the lighting technician to achieve the best result.

• Many movies still hire a photographer to stay on set. You can use the photos on your DVD, website or as part of other merchandise for advertising.

Step 9. Plan the shoot

Work with the crew to plan each scene and the most effective order for the shoot. Don't forget that it is not necessary to shoot the movie in order (unless your movie has only one sequence) and allow time between scenes for unexpected events, such as a scene that takes longer than expected, a protagonist who does not last as long as expected or other situations that may occur.

Part 2 of 3: Shoot your movie

Step 1. Build or prepare your set

• Adjust the temperature so that the room is neither too warm nor too cold.

• Prepare snacks, water, sodas, and food for the cast and crew. People on set get hungry, especially after all that physical exertion. You can fulfill specific (and reasonable) requests that people have to facilitate building a team that likes to work with you on set.

Step 2. Start filming

Take the time to gather everyone around you and make sure they know where and when they are needed. Make a schedule that includes the dates and times the scenes will be shot, along with the leads who should be available at those times. When you have everything planned, including the set and the cast, it's time to say the words that transcend all genres: "Light, camera, action!"

• Don't be afraid to yell, "Cut!" When necessary. If the leads need additional instructions, it's your job to make sure they act the way you want them to. If something happens in the scene that you don't like, even if you're halfway through it, start over. This is the process and that is why you love it so much.
• If you've hired the right people, they will be able to return to their place and be ready to go in no time. Making the leads stop in the middle of their stellar performance is part of your job. You would not be hindering the filming, but enhancing it.

Step 3. Deal with mistakes

If you have some sexual experience, you know that there can be problems and failures. All the time. Especially before setting the pace. To keep the momentum going, give your protagonists Viagra and lube when needed and remind them to smile, even if they respond with spiteful eyes.

Be patient. Sometimes a specific scene will take 20 shots. Sometimes you will have to rest between scenes. Sometimes the sun will go down while you are still working on a scene that is supposed to take place in the middle of the afternoon. It is also possible that the protagonists do not want to cooperate more. After all, that's what your job is about. But you are the one who pays, so they have to! Remind them of that and keep filming

Step 4. Conclude filming

Let everyone know when you're done filming, even the leads who are still hanging out off-camera, touching up their makeup, or practicing their push-ups in the mirror. Make sure to thank all the staff for their work, and take the time to talk to people about any thoughts or comments they might have on the movie. Settle all financial matters with the people who leave the project at this point.

Clean the set, leaving it spotless and smelling of daisies. Then send the film crew home and meet with the director to review the scenes. You will need to determine the best shots and schedule an editing schedule with the editor. Who you are probably yourself, by the way. You know how to edit the takes, don't you?

Part 3 of 3: Create the final product

Step 1. Edit the movie

If you want to save a considerable amount of money, you will do the post-production work on your own. On the other hand, if you have a tub full of gold bars, you will work with the director and editor to reconstruct the film, prepare transitions between scenes, and add titles, music, and credits. In other words, the final decorative touches.
