8 ways to cancel a Starz account on PC or Mac

Method 2 of 8: Amazon App Store

Step 1. Go to https://www.amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions in a web browser

If you are not logged in, go ahead and start it now

Step 2. Click Actions next to ″ Starz ″

Step 3. Slide the ″ Auto Renew ″ switch to the off position (gray with white)

This will cancel the subscription on the last day of the current billing cycle. You can keep watching Starz in the meantime.

Method 3 of 8: Apple and iTunes

Step 1. Open iTunes on a computer

Look for the multi-colored music note icon in the Dock (macOS) or click iTunes in the All Apps area of the start menu (Windows).

Step 2. Click the Account menu

Step 3. Click View my account

A password window will appear.

Step 4. Enter your Apple ID password

Your account settings will appear once the password has been accepted.

Step 5. Click Manage next to ″ Subscriptions ″

This is found under the heading ″ Settings ″. You may have to scroll down to find it.

Step 6. Click on Starz

Step 7. Click Cancel subscription

A confirmation message will appear.

Step 8. Click Done

The Starz subscription will have been canceled.

Method 4 of 8: Google Play

Step 1. Go to https://play.google.com/store/account in a web browser

If you haven't signed in to your Google account, sign in now.

Step 2. Click on Starz under ″ Subscriptions ″

You may have to scroll down to find it.

Step 3. Click Cancel

Step 4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the cancellation

This will remove the Starz subscription from Google Play.

Method 5 of 8: Roku

Step 1. Go to https://my.roku.com in a web browser

If you haven't signed in to your Roku account, do so now.

Step 2. Click Manage Subscriptions

A list of the networks you have a subscription to will appear.

Step 3. Click on Starz

Step 4. Click Unsubscribe

Step 5. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the cancellation

This will remove the Starz subscription from the Roku account.

Method 6 of 8: Samsung

Step 1. Go to https://www.samsungcheckout.com in a web browser

If you haven't signed in to your Samsung account, do so now.

Step 2. Click Purchase History

Step 3. Click Subscriptions

Step 4. Click Cancel next to the Starz subscription

Step 5. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the cancellation

The subscription to Starz will have been canceled.

Method 7 of 8: Sling TV

Step 1. Go to https://www.sling.com/signin in a web browser

Use this method if you subscribed to Starz through Sling TV.

Step 2. Enter your Sling login details and click SIGN IN

This will take you to your account page.

Step 3. Click Change Subscriptions

This will display a list of all subscriptions.

If you don't see this list, you may need to expand the section below your Sling plan

Step 4. Remove the popcorn from ″ Starz”

Step 5. Scroll down and click Review

A confirmation message will appear.

Step 6. Click Submit Order

The cancellation request will be processed.

Method 8 of 8: Starz.com

Step 1. Go to http://www.starz.com on a computer

Use this method only if you signed up for Starz directly there (not on Amazon, Apple, etc.).

Step 2. Click I HAVE STARZ

Step 3. Click STARZ Stream

Step 4. Enter your login details and click SIGN IN

Your account page will appear.

Step 5. Click on the gear icon

It's in the upper-right corner of the window.

Step 6. Click Subscription

Step 7. Click CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION

A confirmation message will appear.

Step 8. Follow the onscreen instructions to cancel the account

Once the cancellation is processed, you will stop receiving charges from Starz.
