This wikiHow teaches you how to track Amazon orders with Alexa. Alexa will only report the order with the closest delivery date. You can also use the Alexa app to change some settings on how Alexa gives you tracking information and how it gives you tracking notifications on an Echo device.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Use voice commands

Step 1. Say "Alexa"
Say the command to wake up Alexa and she will start listening to you for the next command.
The default command to wake her up is "Alexa", but if you've set another word to wake her up like "Echo", "Amazon", or another command, then use the command you assigned earlier

Step 2. Ask Alexa to track your order
You can say, "Alexa, track my order", or "Alexa, where are my things?" and Alexa will tell you the estimated delivery date of the package that will arrive first or if the order has been delayed. Alexa can track any order placed on Amazon, even orders purchased from third parties or non-Prime items.
Prime Now orders receive tracking information via email or text messages

Step 3. Ask Alexa to review your notifications
When you have a notification, the light ring on the Alexa device will blink yellow. You can review a package received notification by saying, "Alexa, check the notifications" and it will list all read and unread notifications.
Unless you have changed your Amazon settings, you will receive tracking notifications when the order is out of delivery, has been delivered, or has been delayed
Method 2 of 2: Enable trace notifications

Step 1. Open the Alexa app
It's the app with the icon that represents a blue speech bubble with a white outline.
You can download the Alexa app on an Android phone from the Google Play Store or on an iPhone from the App Store and then log in with the Amazon account you ordered with
