If your antivirus successfully removed the infected files or malicious intruder programs, but you still cannot regain the functionality of opening an external disk or even the hard disk of your machine by clicking, just follow the simple procedure described below to solve the problem.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Use the command terminal

Step 1. Open the command terminal
Go to your Windows start menu, and then Run. Type "cmd" and then press the "Enter" key.

Step 2. Type "cd" and press Enter to access the root directory in c:

Step 3. Type "attrib -h -r -s autorun.inf" and press Enter again

Step 4. Type "del autorun.inf"; hit Enter again

Step 5. Repeat the same process with other discs; write "d:
"and follow the same procedure. Then do the same for" e: "and any other disk that you want to open with double click. The next step will be to restart your system.

Step 6. Once the computer has restarted you are again free to open any disk by double clicking
Method 2 of 2: Edit the registry

Step 1. Go to any folder on your computer, and use the Tools Menu at the top to access Folder Options
In Windows 7 you will find this menu by clicking on "Organize", the first of the drop-down menus below the address bar.

Step 2. When a new window opens with the Folder Options, go to the “View” tab, and select the option “Show hidden files, folders and drives”
Now remove the check mark in the box "Hide protected operating system files", if it is selected.

Step 3. Now open the disks you are looking to access (you cannot double click yet, so you will have to choose the "Browse" option after displaying the right click menu)
Delete the autorun.inf and MS32DLL.dll.vbs or MS32DLL.dll files (use Shift + Delete to permanently delete them instead of sending them to Trash.) From each disk, including external ones.

Step 4. Open the C: WINDOWS folder to also delete MS32DLL.dll.vbs or MS32DLL.dll (Use Shift + Delete)

Step 5. Go to the Start Menu Run
Now type "Regedit" and the System Registry Editor will open.

Step 6. Now navigate through the left panel following the following path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Microsoft Windows Software Current Version Run. Now delete the MS32DLL record (use the Delete key on your keyboard).

Step 7. Now go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software Microsoft Internet Explorer Main, and delete the record of Window Title “Hacked by Godzilla”

Step 8. Now open the global policy editor by typing gpedit.msc after going back to Start Run; hit Enter when you've typed the command

Step 9. Now you can access a new menu in English, and enable double-click opening for all discs by following this path:
User Configuration Administrative Templates System. Double click on the “Turn Off Autoplay” field and the “Turn Off Autoplay Properties” options window will be displayed. Follow the process below:
- Select "Enabled"
- Select "All drives"
- Click OK

Step 10. Go back to the Start Menu Run, type msconfig and press Enter
A dialog box will open with the system feature settings.

Step 11. In the startup tab that opens the window, you can uncheck the MS32DLL option
Now click OK, and when the dialog box asks you to restart the computer to activate the changes, click "Exit" without accepting the restart.

Step 12. Now go to Folder Options again from an open folder or from the control panel, and this time select "Do not show hidden files, folders and drives", while re-marking the folder "Hide protected files from OS"

Step 13. Go to your Recycle Bin and empty it to eliminate any possibility of the deleted MS322DLL.dll.vbs file remaining there
