Method 1 of 3: Contact Apple for Support and Services

Step 1. Find the serial number of your Apple products before contacting them
To get help for individual products, you will need to provide the serial number when calling or chatting. The location of your serial number depends on the product itself.
- Check the surface of your product. Most serial numbers are in a small box at the bottom.
- If your product connects to iTunes, look in the iTunes menu to find your serial number.
- For Mac, click "About this Mac" in the menu. Click on "Settings" then select "General" and finally "About."

Step 2. Call (800) APL – CARE for help with iPod, Mac and iPad products
Call this number if you live in the United States. When they answer you, provide the serial number of your product to receive specialized assistance. Explain your problem to the Apple specialist, and they will either fix your problem or ask you to send them your device.
- You can leave your device to an authorized service provider, or send it by mail. The specialists will give you an address if you prefer to send it by mail.
- Apple support is available 7 days a week from 7:00 a.m. m. at 11:00 p.m. m. downtown time.

Step 3. Call (800) MY – IPHONE for iPhone related technical support
For iPhone users in the United States, if you want to contact Apple for iPhone related issues, call 1-800-694-7466 and speak with an iPhone specialist. Describe your problem as much as you can when you speak to a specialist.

Step 4. Call (800) MY – APPLE to ask questions about AppleCare products
If you need help with your Apple warranty protection plan or want to buy AppleCare, call 1-800-692-7753 to speak with an AppleCare specialist. Mention your questions and concerns about AppleCare, and the specialist will explain the steps to follow.

Step 5. Find the Apple support phone number in your country if you live outside of the United States
Visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232 and select from the options United States and Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, Asia and the South Pacific or the Middle East. Select your country from the list and dial the number to contact a specialist.
- For example, if you live in Latin America or the Caribbean, call 0800-761-0880 if you live in Brazil or 001-866-676-5682 if you live in Mexico.
- You must be in the country you are dialing to to complete the call.
- If your country is not on the list, then try the online chat option instead of phone calls.

Step 6. Initiate an online chat session with Apple Support to discuss necessary repairs
Visit https://getsupport.apple.com/ and click on your product. If prompted, select the specific device, and you can click on a topic to get support, or search for your own topic. Then click "Chat" to start a chat session with Apple support. Explain your problem or ask your questions to the Apple Support Specialist.
- Select your product from Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple TV, Music, Billing and Subscriptions, Apple ID, Apps and Software, or more.
- Topics for Mac support include, startup or power, internet or connectivity, installs and updates, mail, hardware issues, Apple ID and passwords, printing and scanning, to name a few.

Step 7. Take your Apple product to an authorized service provider for help
Visit https://getsupport.apple.com/, select your device, choose a theme, then click "Bring in for repair." Enter your full address, city or zip code and click "Go" to bring up a map of the town. Go to the local service provider and a specialist will help you.
If you want, you can make an appointment so you don't have to wait. To make the appointment, click on the service provider you want to go to, and choose your preferred time from the list of options
Method 2 of 3: Contact Apple for Sales and Product Information

Step 1. Call (800) MY – APPLE for help buying Apple products over the phone
If you have questions about purchasing Apple products or require assistance placing an order over the phone, please call 800–692–7753. When you call, ask the sales specialist your questions or mention that you want to buy a product.
- You can call from 7:00 a.m. m. at 11:00 p.m. m. (central time) 7 days a week.
- If you don't live in the United States, you can't make purchases over the phone. But you can buy online!

Step 2. Call (800) 854–3680 to purchase Apple products for your business over the phone
For business or professional users, you can call the Apple store for business. Tell them that you would like to buy Apple products for your business and describe how many products you want to buy or how big the business you are buying is for.
- You can call from 7:00 a.m. m. at 7:00 p.m. m. (Central time) 7 days a week.
- For business or government purchases, call (877) 412–7753.
- This is available only for business in the United States. Visit https://www.apple.com/us_smb_78313/shop and shop online if you live outside of the United States.

Step 3. Call the Apple Education Store if you want to purchase education products over the phone
If you are a student or teacher, call 1–800–692–7753 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. m. at 10:00 p.m. m. center time. If you are shopping on behalf of an educational institution, call 1–800–800–2775. Call any of these numbers to purchase products with the education discount.

Method 3 of 3: Leave Feedback

Step 1. Visit https://www.apple.com/feedback/ to access the product feedback web page
This is where you can leave your comments about Apple products, accessories and applications.

Step 2. Click on the product you want to comment on
Choose from Mac, iPod and iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, HomePod, iOS Apps, macOS Apps, iCloud, Apple Music, Apple Pay, and Apple programs.
You will be redirected to the feedback form for your particular product once you click on your product

Step 3. Fill out the comment form with your personal data and product details
Provide your name and email address so Apple can contact you if they need more information about your feedback.
- Selecting your carrier system will help specify your comments. Choose between macOS 10.12 - 10.13.2 or OS 10.11.16 and earlier.
- All comments entered are read by the Apple team, although not all comments will receive an individual response.

Step 4. Write your comments in the "Comments" section and click "Submit."
Write in the comments section the details you want to write about your product, such as what you like and dislike about your device, or general ways to improve it. Select the type of comments you are leaving from the drop-down list. When you're done, click "Submit" to send your feedback to Apple.
